Michał Gustyn
He has been involved in the hotel industry for over 20 years. He gained his experience at Marriott International hotels. For seven years, he worked at the Sheraton Sopot Hotel, one of the most famous five-star hotels in the Tri-City. In 2016, he joined Focus Hotels S.A. as F&B Manager at the newly opened Focus Premium Gdańsk hotel, and then took on the role of hotel director in Poznań and Bydgoszcz. After ending his cooperation with Focus Hotels S.A. in 2020, he joined PHH as General Manager at Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence, and in June 2023 he was appointed Regional Operations Director. Since 2024, he has been Hotel Group Director at Focus Hotels S.A.
