Hotelarz Roku [Hotelier of the Year]
The purpose of the competition is to promote the best hotel managers, which are plenty in the Polish market, while the assessment criteria adopted by the jury include professional achievements in the past year, projects completed, introduction of innovative solutions, contribution to building the competitive edge for their hotel in the Polish market, professional integrity and ethics, as well as involvement for the hotelier community. Candidates for the award may report personally or be nominated by a third party.

Winners will be selected by an independent Jury, which includes extraordinary representatives of the hotel industry and industrial organizations.
Winners will be announced during the evening Gala that finishes the Hotel Trends Poland & CEE conference on 20 October 2025 at Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel.
