In my current role as Director Development at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, I am responsible for growing the portfolio through both, franchised and managed deals across Wyndham’s 24 brands in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, BENELUX and together with our Development Manager Małgorzata Łagodzińska oversee expansion in Poland and Central Europe.

MARKET LEADERS’ PANEL: Efficiency and profitability of the hotel industry. The future of the market in Poland and CEE
The challenges - first related to the pandemic restrictions on operations, then the war on the eastern border and then the rising costs of operating and financing - did not cause a collapse on the hotel market. This year is another in a row when hotel facilities record at least satisfactory operational results. Can we say that the hospitality industry turned out to be shock-proof? Has the market returned to a stable growth path? We will ask the hospitality leaders about it.
